Antonio Caparrós Award


1. The works must deal with any subject of the past of psychology or related sciences in any country apart from Spain.
2. University students who accredit their status, and who are beginning to investigate such topics, may attend the Award, provided they have not previously obtained it.
3. The works must be written in any of the languages of the Spanish State, be original and have not been previously published, leaving well specified through bibliographic references that the author knows and manages the previous bibliography on the subject. Manuscripts must be prepared according APA Style.
4. They can be done individually or in teams.
5. Extension of the manuscript should be from 25 to 30 pages (double spaced) including references.
6. Submission deadline will be January 18, 2021. The papers must be sent, together with the candidate's curriculum vitae, to the Secretariat of the S.E.H.P.: sehp@sehp.org
7. A Scientific Committee appointed by the Board of Directors of the Spanish Society for the History of Psychology will act as Jury and will announce the award by February 18, 2021, before the celebration of the Symposium of the S.E.H.P. so that the winner can attend this event.
8. The winning work will be presented at the Symposium of the S.E.H.P. Sevilla2020 and might be published, after a peer-review process, in the Revista de Historia de la Psicología. Authors will receive a cash award of 300 euros, plus free registration to the Symposium.
9. The Jury's decision will not be subject to appeal, and the Prize may be declared void.
