CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

IF YOU’VE ALREADY PAID YOUR REGISTRATION, BUT YOU CANNOT ATTEND ON THE NEW DATES, you can get a full refund contacting our travel agency through our new website. But it is important that you bear in mind that we have established a DEADLINE TO OBTAIN THE FULL REFUND: you must request it from our travel agency before FEBRUARY 28 AT 12:00 SPANISH TIME.
 
IF YOU ALREADY PAID THE REGISTRATION AND YOU ARE ATTENDING OUR VIRTUAL CONGRESS, YOU CAN GET A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE FEE FROM MARCH 1^ST, by contacting our travel agency through our new website. But it is important that you bear in mind that we have established a DEADLINE TO OBTAIN THE PARTIAL REFUND: you must request it at our travel agency BEFORE MARCH 31^ST AT 12:00, SPANISH TIME.
